* You will need to upload a copy of your student card during the registration process.

** Network dinner and award ceremony on Friday 22/09/2023 is a seperate ticket to be purchased after registration. It includes a 2 hour walking dinner with drinks included and allows you to taste the finest Belgian dishes and network with the global sports physiotherapy community.
--> Registered participants will recieve a booking link for the network dinner and award ceremony after the 1st of June 2023.

The registration includes:

Two day access to the congress
Participation in all scientific sessions
Programme and congress related documents (certificate of attendance, badge...)
Coffee breaks and lunch as indicated in the programme

Cancellations

Participants cancelling their registration before 1st of June 2023 will receive a 50% refund. No refunds can be made for cancellations received after this date.
